The location is highly convenient for transportation as it is only one-minute walk away from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station that offers access to 5 different Tokyo Metro subway lines.
The Akasaka Imperial Garden and the Guest House are found on the east of the property; which creates the environment with rich greenery considering that it is in central Tokyo. Famous hotels including Hotel New Otani as well as Japanese core institutes such as the Diet Building and the office of the Prime Minister gather in the area.
