5 min. walk away from the nearest train station that is a starting point of Toei Asakusa Line. The large grocery store in front of the station is very convenient. Facing south, it gets lot of natural light. Luxurious residential neighborhood.

Magome station, the first stop on Toei Asakusa Line is 5 min. walk away, from where both Nihonbashi and Ginza can be reached without transferring trains. There are two large grocery stores in front of the station. This is a large detached house that is very convenient for living.

The first surprise! is a large fruit farm (plum farm) in front of the property and a large parking space which can easily accommodate two large foreign-made vehicles. It seems to be possible to fit three ordinary cars there.
